Mr. Mahesh S.N Civil Engineering Graduate, an alumnus of National Institute of Engineering 1984 Batch. Joined a renowned architects firmMuralidhar Rao and Associated in 1984. Completed a Sixtyroom Hotel Project ( Presently known as SAMRAT HOTEL) at sheshadripuram as a Project Head.

Mr. Nagraj urs  Mysore based promoter recognized Mr. Mahesh Experience in Construction and real-estate Field offered an opportunity to design and build a Multistoried commercial cum hotel complex estimated 250 lakhs in 1987

This marked Mr. Mahesh Return to Mysore on a significant count.
Thus Landmarks was born.

Professional Milestones;

1. Served India’s top and one of the worlds leading real estate developer DLF `– Universal Ltd,  New Delhi as a consultant/Advisor on retainer ship basis for five Years.
2. Project management consultant for Karnataka Housing Board, a Government body involved in development of infrastructure & housing development.
3. Consultant for Mysore Urban Development Authority, a government body involved in development of urban development, commercial and residential facility. Designed over 600 residential units in 1992, completed & occupied totally in 1995.
4. Serving as a retainer consultant/advisor since over four years for a leading hospitality chain American Hotel & Resorts, Ltd New Delhi, For the project of 140 rooms Radisson hotel cum mall & multiplex which is in completion stage, estimated approx 250 crores.(involved in the project from Project  pre-implementation  to completion Stage).
